This piece take a glance at domestic violence though the victim's eyes. Using some classical ballroom we focus on the patterns we create for ourselves.

Inspired by the music we look at 'social masks': the façade you present to others whist masking your own insecurities.
Something Happened That Day: Black Moves
This piece looks at the slave trade and the emotions linked with being imprisoned and oppressed. It was created for the Tacchi Morris Black Moves project. The story unfolds as a once strong community implodes and turns on it's self.
HEELS!
This is a comedy piece inspired by Camilla Morton's book "How To Walk In High Heels - The Girls Guide To Everything". We look at exactly how young ladies really learn to walk in high heels.
All Action, No Mouth
This is an all male piece taking a look at relationships, bonding and competition.
Silent Movie
Commissioned by South Somerset District Council and Yeovil Hospital for the the 'Race and Equality in the Workplace' conference. The piece looks at office relationships and stereotypes, glancing at ageism and homosexuality within the work place. Presented in a silent movie format, this quick witted and fast paced piece demonstrates the effect prejudging others has on a close environment.
Gossip
Gossip is inspired by gangs of young people and how rumours start. Using dance and comedy, the piece looks at bullying in a way that you have never seen before! 4DR uses lifts, contact work and our own comedy style to get our point across.
The Dance Off
A comedy based piece looking at dance and its different physical styles. During the piece most styles are covered from Latin American to Freestyle Hip Hop. Its comical view was derived from playing musical statues!
A Collective
A dance based piece using formation and duets to create a visually impressive and emotionally engaging performance. A Collective looks at the idea of soul mates and love, how sometimes it works out and how more often it doesn't. It looks at the connections made with others in our daily life and how we miss or ignore what’s going on around us.

Comedy based piece, using the comedy of boredom in meetings. Outrageous and imaginative piece based on personal experiences and day dreams.
Letting Go
Comedy/Drama piece. Based on a simple idea of physically not being able to let go of somebody’s hand after meeting them. Heavily involving the use of duet work and lifts… and a little audience participation!

Trio piece, drama and dance led. Actually nothing to do with a bath! In the Bath looks at love triangles and attention seeking.

Trio piece, drama and dance led. For Me looks at domestic violence and conscience, in an abstract and visually disturbing way.

Drama based (freeze frames) piece looking at what Christmas means to some people and how it’s not always the picturesque event for all.
